The 180 g Classic burns for 45–50 hours, the 340 g Grande for 80–90, the 500 g three-wick for 100–110, and the 90 g travel tin for 20–24. Those numbers assume you trim the wick and burn in sessions of no more than four hours.

Wax has a memory. On the first light, burn until the melt pool reaches the edge of the glass — usually 2–3 hours. If you put it out early, the candle will keep tunnelling down the middle for the rest of its life.

No — that's natural wax behaving like natural wax. Frosting and small surface variations are cosmetic, come from pouring by hand in small batches, and have no effect on scent or burn.

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Metro cities usually receive them in 2–4 working days, and the rest of India in 4–7. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is picked up.

Yes — shipping is complimentary on orders over ₹1,499. Below that a flat rate is calculated at checkout.

Unused candles in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Anything that has been lit can't be returned unless it arrived damaged or faulty — in which case send us a photo and we'll replace it.
