Shipping Policy
At Cute Things Club, every candle is hand-poured with care and made to bring warmth to your space. Each order is inspected and securely packed before dispatch.
Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- Customised and bulk orders may require additional production time, which is confirmed with you at the time of order.
- We do not dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.
Delivery Timeline
- Standard delivery across India generally takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Metro cities usually receive orders in 2–4 business days.
- Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and shown before you pay.
- Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹1,499.
- We accept UPI, VISA, RuPay, credit and debit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery. A small handling fee may apply on cash-on-delivery orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can also follow any order from our order tracking page using your order number and the email address you ordered with.
Packaging
Candles travel in rigid boxes with protective packing. If a parcel reaches you visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and contact us within 48 hours so we can raise it with the courier and replace your order.
Undelivered Parcels
If the courier cannot reach you after three delivery attempts, or the address is incomplete, the parcel returns to our studio. We will contact you to arrange a re-dispatch. Re-delivery charges may apply.
