Welcome to Cute Things Club. By accessing or purchasing from our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns policy.

Handmade Products

Every product is hand-poured in small batches. Minor variations in:

• Colour
• Texture
• Surface finish
• Fill level

are natural characteristics of handmade products and make each piece unique. Product photographs are representative.

Product Usage

Candles should always be used responsibly.

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.
• Keep away from children and pets.
• Burn on a heat-resistant surface, away from draughts.
• Trim the wick to approximately 5 mm before every burn.
• Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time, and stop when about 10 mm of wax remains.
• Follow the candle care instructions provided with your order.

Cute Things Club is not responsible for damage caused by improper candle use.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Orders & Payment

Payment is collected at checkout through our payment provider, or on delivery where cash on delivery is available. An order is confirmed only once payment is authorised or a cash-on-delivery order is accepted by us. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is out of stock or a price has been listed in error — and to refund you in full where we do.

Intellectual Property

All photographs, product designs, website content, logos, branding, graphics, and text are the exclusive property of Cute Things Club and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered place of business.
